We’ve been at the forefront of advanced technologies for over 2 decades. We’re successful serial entrepreneurs focused on building impactful real-world solutions that benefit humanity and the world.
Over the last 8 years we ran a Venture Lab that included an R&D lab, and a startup Foundry, in which we incubated impactful web3 & AI companies and projects.
Project Spotlight
The AstroSapiens Project
The AstroSapiens Project is a mission-driven initiative, using web3 to create positive global social impact. AstroSapiens is focused on increasing access to high growth sectors like web3, AI and space/frontier tech, enabling anyone to reach for the stars. The Project included an NFT Collection, DAO, Foundation, and Community.
The AstroSapiens Foundation was initially funded by sales of the AstroSapiens NFT Collection (plus donations from the Founders), and supported important initiatives uplifting and empowering children, educators, and women with our partners, Space Foundation/NASA, Mission Impact, and the Women of the Future project. All initiatives were supported by the AstroSapiens community which met weekly to provide education, mentoring, funding opportunities and much more for underrepresented communities.

Our lab was our R&D center where we worked with all the latest tech and developed projects and companies addressing important areas of impact. Past project areas included:
Enterprise Healthcare
In our book, we highlighted that web3 tech together with AI, IoT, and relevant data can drive personalized medicine. We created frameworks & architectures that validated that the web3 tech and components are in place to drive this vision.
Metaverse Fintech
The Metaverse is a 3D web where anything IRL or in the imagination can become an immersive world. We built out financial services based on web3 – DeFi – plus centralized finance to explore the future of finance and credit.
NFT Infrastructure
NFTs (non-fungible tokens) will become the core 3D elements of the Metaverse. We executed multiple projects to discover the core capabilities needed for a secure, authentic (fraud-proof), and sustainable NFT ecosystem using web3 & GenAI/AI/ML.
